So…if he won three games and decided to extend his middle finger up in the air to show a third win, would that be ok too? Are we too sensitive when someone flips the world the bird because in his mind it signified a third win? How about we look at it this way — even if no harm is meant, we recognize that it could be construed as offensive to some, so we flip the bird off camera to satisfy our need to lift the middle finger but on air, we respect others’ feelings because it costs us nothing but compassion.
